Management Disclosure

The Inspection of Vapor Collection Facility and Low-NOx Monitoring

The Certification and Inspection of Vapor Collection Facilities

object

Improving the air quality by the installation and management of VOCs Collection facilities at oil stations.

STAGE I: collect vapor released in the process of gasoline unloading. (from storage tank to Tank truck) / Image showing the process of collecting the vapors released during the gasoline unloading process. / STAGE II: collect vapor released in the process of vehicle refueling operations. (from Fuel tank to Storage tank) / Image showing the process of collecting vapors released during vehicle refueling operations.
Target areas

Special Zone of Ambient air conservation, Regulation areas of Ambient air environmental, Additional areas of VOCs emission regulation ※The installation period for additional areas of the VOCs emission regulation : '19.1.28∼ '20.12.31

Law and Regulations
  • CLEAN AIR CONSERVATION ACT, Article 44
  • ENFORCEMENT DECREE OF THE CLEAN AIR CONSERVATION ACT, Article 45
  • ENFORCEMENT REGULATION OF THE CLEAN AIR CONSERVATION ACT, Article 61
  • REGULATION ABOUT VAPOR COLLECTION FACILITY INSPECTION(N.I.E.R 2018-107)

How to make the inspection

The certification inspection(STAGE Ⅱ)
  • The documents inspection : Reviewing documents including the certification of Vapor Collection facility
by international agencies (CARB, TUV, other international agencies)
  • The reduction efficiency inspection : Inspecting the reduction efficiency of Vapor collection facility (more than 90%)
The installation/ Periodic inspection(STAGE Ⅱ)
  • The installation inspection : Inspecting the proper operation of Vapor collection facility when installing the facility
  • The periodic inspection : Inspecting Vapor collection facility in order to prevent trouble or malfunction of the facility

Low NOx Burner Approval Test and Performance Verification Test

object

Improving air quality as reduction of NOx by decreasing the budget burden for SMEs which is willing to install Low NOx Burner.

Target

SMEs which endeavor to reduce Air pollutants.

Range

Boilers, Chiller heaters, Dryers and add-on facilities(Gas train, Air blower, Control plate)

Supporting sum

4.004million ∼ 14.294million won(Approximately 3500$∼13000$)

Definition of Low-NOx burner

High performance burner to suppress amount of the NOx generation and increase combustion efficiency
